Refund Policy
At Novazzo, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return process with store credit or refund, depending on eligibility.
RETURNS POLICY
Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
All eligible returns will be processed as store credit, allowing you to repurchase an alternative item or the same item in a different size.
Items marked as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds are only issued for items received in error or with a verified manufacturing defect.
(Please note that Novazzo performs strict quality control on all items before shipping and upon receiving returns.)
Please handle all items carefully when trying them on. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or do not comply with our return conditions will be declined and sent back to the customer.
Novazzo is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders returned due to unclaimed or rejected customs fees, missed delivery, or incorrect address will be issued as store credit, minus any shipping charges, after confirmation of return via tracking.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, a store credit will be issued for eligible returned items, allowing you to place a new order for the preferred item or size.
If you need a replacement quickly, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original separately. Store credit will be issued once your return has been received and processed.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned clothing must be:

In original condition, unworn and unwashed.

Free of makeup, perfume, or deodorant stains.

With all original tags attached and in original packaging.
All shoes must be:

Returned in their original, undamaged shoebox.

Tried on indoors only, on a clean surface.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Sale or clearance items

Lingerie and swimwear (without hygiene seal)

Jewelry and accessories (excluding shoes or bags)

Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

Note: Our warehouse does not accept in-person returns, deliveries, or pickups.
IMPORTANT
Returns received later than 30 days from the purchase date will incur a $5.00 USD processing fee, deducted from your store credit.
Returns received after 35 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support Team within 5 business days of receiving your package via our contact form before returning the item.
You must receive return instructions from our support team before shipping back the item.
Novazzo is not responsible for return postage costs if prior authorization was not provided.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Novazzo is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
RETURN ASSESSMENT
All returned products are carefully inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our return policy.
Items that do not comply with the policy or show signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
STORE CREDIT, REFUNDS, AND PROCESSING TIME
Return and refund processing may take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the item arrives at our warehouse.
If a refund is approved (due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product), it will be processed via the original payment method.
If payment was made with both a credit card and store credit, the refund will first be applied to the store credit balance.
Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a code and will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Please wait at least 15 business days after dispatching your return before contacting us about its status.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Novazzo does not process returns on weekends or public holidays — all returns are handled on the next business day.
